Old Business: Certification training is scheduled for November 11/9 and 11/16 from 10 to 1 p.m. or 1 to 4 p.m.
Our Holiday party will be held on November 6 in Club House 4. The luncheon menu is six kinds of sandwiches, salads, and dessert. BYOB and water and coffee will be served. Bonnie and Janice will do the decorations. Bob Gronki will provide entertainment with his Rocka Bula band. The event will be filmed for December’s presentation of Inside Leisure World.

New Business:  Election of 2018 officers. Joe Osuna moved that the present board remain unless there was someone who wished to take on one of the positions. No one did. Tommy Wu seconded and it was voted unanimously.
Joseph Valentinetti suggested that we add a water mark with our name on our videos so that viewers know who produced the show before the final credits come up. Often viewers turn off the final credits. Power Director has a tutorial on how to add this and Joe Osuna will teach this on Mondays 10 – 12. This watermark is a nice way to gain identity.
There will be no meetings in November or December.
Round Table
Lorene said she is collecting 2018 dues. We had a number of new members in the last few months and their dues will be carried over through 2018. Ren volunteered to take care of the coffee since Lorene has done it for a year.
Joe videoed the Community Church concert. He and Oralia were camera crew for Gronki’s promos. Joe informed us that Bob’s promos had been shown on several social media sites – Facebook, Next Door and youtube – which helped make a fabulous turnout for his show. Joe also reported that there is a link from the Sun News for additional advertising.  He reported that someone had requested that they have final say on any video before it aired. Joe said that was not an option.
Ren thanked Michael volunteering.
Michael videoed the donor wall.
Mike Turis crewed with Joe for the Community concert.
Mara Williams was very grateful to Joe and Mike for all their work on the Community Church concert.
Bob Gronki has completed his third episode of “Voices of Music.” These interviews are 5 to 10 minutes long and then Bob sings with his guest. He has made several promos with Joe, Oralia and Lorene crewing.
